All the Session Videos to purchases for $4.99 each are still not working! I will be starting a Ladies Bible study on February 7th and all the 20 some ladies are trying to purchase each session for their iPhone or iPad, but the button doesnt download anything. Please fix this Bug ASAP, Thank you!

I bought this app an did the first weeks study..the app then froze and I can no longer use it. I wish I knew how to get my money back. I am in the middle of a study and have no book

The app is completely frozen when i open it. Nothing is responding at all. Would love to start my bible study...but cant :(

I absolutely love this app! Im in the middle of the third week and this is the best study Ive ever done. As a busy mom, the app has been really helpful. Whenever I happen to have some down time, I can do a lesson wherever Im at. I had to miss the last meeting because my daughter was sick, and it was so nice to be able to download the video onto my phone and watch it when I had the time. I have had no problems with the app or videos.

I love all Beth Moore. Even though I prefer writing in a book, it was OK using it on an iPad. However, the bad part is that by the time I finished buying the videos Id spent about $60-$70. I hoped it was worth it because I do like beth Moore... My iPad had to be restarted once, so I re-downloaded the app and all of my answers werent saved (not a surprise) but the $60 worth of videos were all gone and I could only re-purchase them. I guess Ill have to do it without the videos....ticked off that I spent so much money (I dont actually have a job, Im under 18 and thats a lot of money for me!) but staying calm and just doing it without it. :/

How do you get the video to work? It shows its downloaded but nothing comes up. I restarted my phone and iPad to see Id that would help and nothing seems to be helping.

I LOVE this app. Im only in week one, but I just told my husband that I would buy a bible study app like this again in a heart beat vs. a hard copy. I love that you have unlimited space to write your responses vs a hard copy which gives you a couple lines. Especially for a Beth Moore study. Ive found I have much more through responses to the questions. I love the different color highlights. Also love that I save money using the app vs. buying a book AND there is less to clutter my house! One bug I would LOVE to see fixed- when you answer a question that takes up a lot of space it pushes the books text to the next page, which is great. But it DOES NOT do this for your answers. Instead it hides them so you have to click on the question to be g up the text box. This makes it difficult to read quickly when you are in discussion with a group. Also, would be nice- add the page numbers (where the page of e hard copy would be). That way when you are following along in discussion you can reference it quickly. As the leader it would be much easier to have this available as well. Right now all I can say is, in day one.... I am NOT viewing the videos in the app. I am watching them with my group. So I have not encountered problems with their downloads. I have not had any crashes or bugs with the app either.

I find my highlights sync between ipad and iPhone but not the answers to the questions?

Are you serious? I spend money to get the app then spend money to get the video and I cant download it!! This is absolutely ridiculous. Just stealing our money. Fix it!!

I bought this app and was excited to do this great Bible study on my iPad. I saw in the review section that others had problems in the past with playing videos, but that this had been corrected so went ahead with the purchase. Thus, was quite surprised when I could not download the videos after purchasing them. There is a video button which shows up on the bottom of my study page and you purchase the video thru the app. It shows the purchase and shows it downloading, but will not play it. When I wrote to app support for help they replied that the videos are not made for iPads and must be downloaded on a computer. Why are they sold within the iPad app then? How are others watching theirs? I have done other Beth Moore studies on my iPad and purchased/watched the videos within the app.what am I missing here?

Im not sure why so many others have had such an issue with this app. Once I installed it on my iPad, it worked right from the start. This is THE only way Ill do Beths bible studies from now on. Everything is contained within the app; one page includes the video, study guide (where you can actually type in your answer on the screen), and study helps to boot. Im always on the go, take my iPad with me everywhere, so now I can have my complete bible study all in one location. No extra books, no fuss. NOTE: I did make sure - at the helpful suggestion of another reviewer - to go into my settings BEFORE downloading the app and disable the Auto-Lock. My app is working perfectly. Thanks, Beth, I not only love the study on the book of James, but Im so grateful youve made this new way to study available!!!

The best part of this is that it is all there...click for bible verses (and since I own numerous Olive Tree bible versions I can use other translations)...enter the answers right in the viewers guide...highlight what you want...it is all so easy. The worst is that there arent places to put other notes unless you want to make those little notes that you have to click on to open and read. Every page, and especially the viewers guide should have a place for notes that can easily be seen...like the answers to the questions. Please do something about this.

I have just completed my 7 week journey with James and I literally jumped on here because I want everyone to have this experience. After learning through Beth and this easy to use app, I know how beautiful this book is. James is a bridge between OT and NT. As Jesuss brother, he went through so many trials before he believed in his brother, but once he did, it rocked his entire world and he was never the same. This bible study takes you through Jamess life historically and then interprets his teachings. Just as James morphed from Jesuss teachings, My faith has changed with this study. Do it. No problems at all with the app or video downloads.

This is such an INCREDIBLE way to grow deeper in His word!! Being able to have EVERYTHING in my compact mini iPad, and not having to carry my big study Bible, the work book, and all the other things I need for Bible study!! No matter where I am, I can open up His lesson, that Beth and Melissa prepared for me, and be filled with His truth!! How AWESOME is that!!.......PLEASE put Beth and Melissas newest study on iTunes!! PLEASE!!

The material in this bible study is very good, but the app itself has some problems. To download the videos, change your settings: General - set Autolock to Never. You can change it back after it downloads. This worked for me when I first purchased the app ( about 2 years ago). I downloaded and watched all of the videos on my iPad. I, too, lost all the answers to my workbook that I had entered after a re-start (or maybe an update, dont remember which). The videos take a lot of memory space, so I had to delete them from my iPad. Of course, I lost them even though I paid for them. Very disappointing.

I love everything about how Beth Moore writes the studies for Gods word and I especially love that her daughter has had a part in this one. My one frustration is that up to video 6 has downloaded without any problem. #6 though stopped about 15 min in and now I cant re-download the video. Im not sure what to do. I have deleted the file and tried to re do it and it doesnt work. If anyone has help with this it would be much appreciated.

Annoying app, did not work for me , even tried redownloading. I would give zero stars if I could. Deceiving that you have to pay an extra $4.99 for each video session, waaay to expensive and not user friendly . I guess Beth Moore is only for people who have extra money and guess what , not everyone does. So Jesus is for everyone but not Beth Moore studies with videos.

Its a shame that Christian growth products cost more than worldly stuff.I purchased this $12 (pricey) app for the videos and you have 2buy them separately at $4.99ea.Thats ridiculous. Is it a ministry or $ making venture??? Its really sad.
