in app video trouble

I downloaded this app a few days ago and it seems to be great as far as the interactivity and the ability to look up scripture and have resources at your fingertips. I have enjoyed all of Beths bible studies that Ive done so far and anticipate to grow immensely from this one. I cant seem to get the in-app videos to download, however. This is one of the main reasons I bought the app in the first place. Ive sent a request to the app tech team and am hoping to get a quick response. Praying the issue is resolved quickly.
