Videos Will Not Download

I was really looking forward to this study - and prepared to invest in it! In addition to the cost of the application, I went ahead and purchased the videos accompanying lessons two through five at $4.99 a piece. Not a single one will download. I have tried every conceivable solution including deleting and reinstalling the app. Now I see that others are experiencing the same trouble. I wish I
had known before I spent over $20.00 on a broken app! Please! Please! Repair this application!
