Dont buy videos on IPad

Downloaded session 1 video on IPad. Will not load. Contacted support link from app store and was told they couldnt help me nor give me my money back for the video. Tried reinstalling the app and now I no longer have credit for the video purchase anywhere but one my credit card bill.
