Dissatisfying

Beth is always insightful & wonderful, so Im extra disappointed that the videos still wont download! The free ones wouldnt download, & the one I purchased inapp with fingers crossed didnt either--now the app doesnt even have a record of the purchase! I tried all the steps to fix the issue but the videos still wont download. I can only imagine Beth would be disheartened to learn how Lifeway has failed to resolve this issue despite their claims to the contrary. Still love Beth Moore, dont love the app! So disappointed!!!
